At Holyrood today SNP minister for Energy & the Environment, Gillian Martin, was taking questions on Rural affairs.
Ms Martin was asked by Rachael Hamilton about £61m of agriculture funds allocated to SNP from Westminster that has gone missing over the last 2 years.
Ms Hamilton asked 'Minister where has the money gone and when will it be returned.'
