RECIPE
1. Take 2 boiled meshed potato, add one fourth turmuric powder, half tbsp coriander powder, one fourth red mirch powder and one fourth salt. Cookall the ingredients for 2 minutes.
2. Make a soft dough using 1 bowl maida, 1 tbsp oil , half fourth salt and water.
3. Make a roti shape, give cuts at the top of the roti, add the stuffing and roll the roti as shown in video.
4. Fry in low to meduim flame till it become golden brown.
Your delicious samosa roll is ready.
