Take a tour of the 2009 Hatteras 60 Motor Yacht. Here's a few things that make this 60' Hatteras unique. FRESH WATER, 1,000 hour C18 Cats, serviced and ready for a new owner. Mad Hatter is the only glass windshield, enclosed bridge, climate controlled one out there.
The bridge helm area boasts bow and stern thrusters, ABT TRAC fin stabilizers that were added in 2016, a Yacht Controller, 2 G series Raymarine screens, Simrad auto pilot, STID captain and a 2 person wide STID seat. Add to that, heat and air, as well as a fridge and grill. the bridge is sensational.
The aft deck has a nice seating area, with a hydraulic platform at the stern. The center of the cockpit floor provides space for access to the engine room, that compliments the engine entrance from the stern. The teak flooring leads to a large glass door to enter the salon. The salon is open, and plenty of natural light. The couch and barrel chairs face the flat screen TV with Bose Surround Sound. The galley is a game changer, with an island sink, and storage. You'll find a GE stove, microwave, and oven, that are complimented with custom large Sub Zero fridge and freezers. Add a trash compactor, wine chiller, and a water tight door outside to the starboard side, and you'll understand why this boat is so popular. The 3 staterooms are all you could expect, with surprises like a tub/shower in the master, with a nice make up area, and walk in closet. The VIP is forward, with an entrance door to the head/shower. The third one has practical bunk beds. The engine room tickles even the most critical boaters, as only Hatteras can. Set aside time on your tour to look in awe, how Hatteras makes room, and has all the components accessible and simple to service. There are spare props in case something happens to the Veem props on her now.
