Fear not, no hospitals were
Fear not, no hospitals were harmed during the production of this video.
Danko (Arnie) and Ridzik (James Belushi) head for the hospital to interrogate one of Viktor Rostavili's convalescing hench-goons, only to discover that the Georgian drugs kingpin has sent another of his lackeys to silence him. Obviously, the best way to go about it is to hire a bloke to pose as a female nurse and inject an air bubble into the patient's veins.
Not much of this was translated to the gaming medium, although Special FX weren't going to miss the opportunity to include plenty of psychotic transvestite nurses. Otherwise, it's the same as every other level - shoot first and don't stop to ask questions.
