  1 cup rice ( 2 ½cup of water)
  4 cloves garlic fine chopped
  1 cup carrot (small cubes)
  1 cup of Ham (small cubes)
  2 tsp.light soy sauce
  2 tsp.fish sauce
  1 tsp sesame oil
    ground white pepper
