Second popcorn build i did in 3.23, first was SRS Guardian, both builds have same idea of using Minion Instability as main damage source.
But unlike SRS, you dont even need to press buttons to summon minions. Dark Marionettes explode on kill and respawn shortly after automatically, all you need to do is place brand at target, thats it.
At this budget it has good damage, enough to comfortably farm non uber bosses, not really fast tho. And usual defenses with Bone Offering for block.
Bossing is very chill, you just walk around lol
