4 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp cornflour
Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
6 garlic cloves + 1 inch ginger - crushed
Coriander
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
Water
Semolina
1 tsp chilli flakes
Eggplants
Oil for frying
