In this video, we go over how to conduct a Shapiro-Wilk test of normality in JASP. The Shapiro-Wilk test of normality is a statistical test that is used to see if your data is normally distributed, which is an assumption of many statistical analyses. This test has the null hypothesis that your data is normally distributed so if the test is significant, then your data is not normally distributed.
