Mashed Banana Fritters

4 pcs      large ripe bananas
140g        rice flour
3 tbsp      caster sugar for dusting ( or more if you like it sweet)
1 pc         egg (beaten)
1/2 tsp    cinnamon powder(optional)
3 cups     cooking oil
