Trying My Luck as The Carnival Comes to Pattaya

Today The Carnival comes to Pattaya and we enjoy an evening out where I try my luck at the various games of chance.  Prior we take a meal at the all new Lucus Restaurant and finally take care of some business in Pattaya and even visit an Ice Cream dreamland.
