3 tbsp ghee or oil + more for making layers
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
Water for kneading

Ingredients for chicken
1 breast chicken - cut into small pcs
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 black pepper powder
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp paprika  
1 tsp dried coriander leaves
Spicy peri peri - seasoning  (optional)

You will also need
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
Onion
Lettuce
Hot chilli sauce  (optional)
