Here is a top 10 list of the foods that are making you gain weight and killing your weight loss progress. In my 14 years of personal training and coaching I have found that these foods are the most commonly overeaten and put people over on their calorie goals and instead of creating a caloric deficit they are putting people in a surplus. This is not necessarily a list of good or bad foods but the most common foods that people over consume, over portion and over do.
