Today's video will be about what I eat for healthy hair at 35 weeks pregnant. We will go over the supplements I take, why I prioritize fat and protein in my diet, and *shocker* the fact that I do not take prenatal multivitamins, and have not for my previous three pregnancies. While I eat in this way primarily for my overall health, it has also boosted my healthy hair growth journey!
I will share the nutritional inspirations that guide my overall direction of eating, such as pro-metabolic eating, the Brewer pregnancy diet, and the work of Weston A. Price. As a mom-to-be of five, I have learned a lot about the importance of eating well in pregnancy for my long-term health, and this video will be sharing that with you!
