Sunday 20th Aug 2023 Lytham 40's Weekend
A nice sunny Sunday after a windy Saturday.
Fabulous 40's entertainers including Colin Bourdiec, Paula Marie, the Lancashire Belle, the Bluebirds Winston Churchill (Derek Herbert) and Anthony and Steph
Dancing indoors in the Marquee and outdoors at the Mussel Tanks venue on the Prom.
A fabulous Fashion Show by the lovely ladies of Reinvintaged
A Hurricane fly over and a huge battle re-enactment kept the crowd entertained. Lots of military vehicles, a field hospital and an exhibition of 40's Britain at Home.
Plus the many 40s re-enactors made for an excellent day.
A grand full-cast finale singalong in the Marquee at the end of the day.
Well done and many thanks to Fylde Council and the Lytham Team for organising this wonderful event
