Healthcare Sales Rep. Role Play

This is a complete role play that I preformed, simulating the sales of a medical device (Stratafix - Johnson&Johnson) to a hospital administrator or buyer, after the product had already been promoted to hospital staff. It involves some basic sales techniques such as: finding the customer need, building on FAB's, ROI and eventually closing the deal.
