Along this river back in the 1800s there used to be a town and powder mill, but looking at the area today, you'd never think that. This location was stumbled upon when @rj78productions88 and myself were scouting locations for the Iron Horse Rambles. We talked to our friend Chris @coalcrackerchris and he said he knew exactly was it is that we found. So several months later and with lower water levels, we headed out to locate, document and learn about what is left behind from so long ago. The landscape has significantly changed, but if you pay attention to your surroundings, you never know what you may find. One last thing, bring your water shoes, because you will get your feet wet in this one.
