Hydrangea Paniculata "Fire Light Tidbit" Clean Up Light Prune After Heavy Snow - January 14

This had 32 panicle blooms last season. They stood up to our west coast rain way into October. Leaves dropped late November but dried blooms were still standing. With the heavy snow fall in December, most blooms heads and a few stems have broken off. Clean up and light prune so:
1. reduce further breakage if/when more snow comes
2. tidy up the yard
3. light prune now takes the urgency out of the busy Spring
