Gujarat famous methi na gota is crunchy and soft snack made with besan and fenugreek leaves.Very quick and easy to make,can be served with fried green chillies and a hot cup of tea.

INGREDIENTS:
11/2tbsp coriander seeds
1/2tsp black pepper
2cups besan
1cup fenugreek leaves
1/4th cup coriander leaves
2tbsp sooji (rava)
11/2tbsp sugar
salt
11/2tsp dry ginger powder
1/4th tsp hing
water
1/4tsp cooking soda
1/2tsp lemon juice
oil
