Morgan’s wirehaired pointing griffon, Pinion, leads the chase as they search for these “red-legged devil birds." Aching feet, sore knees, and missed shots are all part of what many consider to be the hardest hunt in the upland world. At the end of the day, all of that work makes Danielle’s spatchcock chukar with Brussels sprouts even more delicious, and that ain’t easy.
