This first cook on my
This first cook on my weber smokefire EX6 did not go as planned! I may have not set the temperature correctly... but the temperature difference between the left and right side should never be that off... it was clearly not working properly at the time. It was not particularly windy, but it was a very cold day 4 degrees F.
