Indian Street Food: This is the making of amazingly delicious Mumbai street food. Note that you can see two different stages of the cooking process on the two skillets. This picture was taken very near to Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (aka Victoria Terminus). This food was delicious and had just the right amount of spice. Mmmmm... Mumbai street food is amazing.
