A Robotic Staff Does The Cooking At This Eatery

A team of ambitious MIT students conceived and developed a fully-functioning robotic kitchen, and thanks to the participation of local Boston restaurant Spyce, were offered a chance to show the general public what they could do. During the RD phase, the team shared their vision for the robotic kitchen: “Our vision is to transform the meaning of fast food.” Far from a gimmick, the team envisions a low cost (~$7.50 per bowl) alternative that reduces time as well as food waste.
