November 19, 2016 (Persian calendar 1395/8/29) A visit to Iran leads to a stunning variety of culinary delights. Between the familiar kebab and the decidedly outré sheep's "head and hoof" soup, there’s a vast spectrum of foods. In this feature I will present to you 10 dishes that every Iranian knows and loves. I have also tried to incorporate our food culture and therefore introducing "Nazri" and our side dishes and traditional drinks.
