Hybrid Robotic Foam Hotwire Sculpting and Machining. The Evolution of pattern making!

The Evolution of Pattern Making! Industry leaders Special Patterns utilising their in-house robotics division have developed this robot system to advance pattern making techniques. Combining robotic hotwire cutting and machining / milling of EPS foam on the same system with through tool and around tool dust extraction. All this made possible with offline programming software SprutCam robot. The robot is KUKA KR120 AA with KUKA.CNC controller.
