Perlite Rocket Stove is Finished

This rocket stove is built entirely of Perlite and an oil drum. My thermometer maxed out at 550F on top of the drum. It draws well and burns clean. It is my hope that the Perlite and Sodium Silicate refractory will be a long lasting material that will not burn away as many materials are prone to do. If it does the stove comes apart easily for cleaning and repairs. In the tradition of a Rocket Mass Stove my plan is to incorporate the flue into a heat sink in order to keep my green house warm. .
