As it has been mentioned before, increasing the quality and detail of the photo and video are the most widely used areas of interesting knowledge #imageprocessing.
In these algorithms, depending on the requirements of the input file, they are quality and dimensions of the frames increase means of different scientific methods

بهبود کیفیت پلاک‌های سفید (۱)
همانطور که پیشتر بیان شد؛ افزایش کیفیت و جزئیات عکس و ویدئو از زمینه‌های پرکاربرد دانش #جالب #پردازش_تصویر است.
در این الگوریتم‌ها بسته به شرایط فایل ورودی، از روش‌های مختلف علمی، کیفیت و ابعاد فریم‌ها افزایش داده می‌شوند.
در این پست، علیرغم سفید بودن شدید پلاک خودروی پراید که ناشی از بازتابش شدید نور آفتاب است در گام اول دو فریم مناسب که خوانایی ببشتر دارند؛ انتخاب شدند.
در گام بعدی کیفیت و خوانایی این پلاک خودرو بعد از ثبت (registration) با استفاده از روش‌هایی مانند کمینه، بیشینه و میانگین‌گیری افزایش داده شد به این صورت که این دو پلاک با هم ادغام شده و تا حد قابل قبول خوانایی آنها افزایش می‌یابد.
