2011 Ford Fusion Purge Solenoid Test (P0455 EVAP Leak)

This is a 2011 Ford Fusion with a P0455 (EVAP) System Leak Detected (Gross Leak/No Flow) trouble code. In this video I will show you how to test the EVAP purge solenoid, both mechanically and electrically. All that is needed is a generic scan tool and a test light. Of course I show the scope tests as well but it is not needed to confirm solenoid operation and control.
