روستاي دلزي یکی از صعب العبورترین روستاهاي کشور است که داراي 100 کودك با رده سنی 6 تا 10 ساله است. دانش آموزانى که در حالت عادي درس خواندنشان این گونه است که باید در مناطق صعب العبور ساعتها پیاده روى کنند تا به مدرسه اى برسند و یاد بگیرند بنويسند و بخوانند *آدم دندان دارد* و دستان خالى پدرانى كه شرمنده فرزندى است كه براى سلامت دندانهايش نياز به سطحى ترين امكانات بهداشتى دارد. كمپين *لبخند مهربانى*ايجاد شد تا با همراهى خيرين عزيز و همت سركار خانم دكتر سميرا شورى براى تهيه ١٠٠ عدد مسواك و خميردندان مخصوص كودكان اقدام نمايد. اينك خرسنديم از اينكه لبخند زيباى كودكان سرزمينمان را ميبينيم و با همراهى شما عزيزان در مقابل مشكلاتى كه در آينده گريبان گيرشان مى شد ايستاديم.
