3 Bicep Finishers Shown:
1) Ten by Ten's - Start this exercise by performing 1 full rep, stop halfway down then 1 rep back up. Start the next with again 1 full rep, and stopping halfway perform 2 reps back up. Repeat this process all the way to 10.
2) 21's - On this exercise, you'll perform 7 full reps, 7 reps at the top and 7 reps at the bottom of the exercise = 21 reps.
