Virtual network manager lets you create NIC cards that would be installed in your VM's, and later on a Windows 7 Enterprise is installed as a Virtual Machine into the Hyper-V Manager. Remote Desktop Connectivity is used to connect the VM's. And finally the VM is activated through internet.
