The nabavi's house is a historical house. This house is a building belonging to the Qajar era, which was registered in the list of national monuments of Iran in 1384 under number 12616. The nabavi's historical house is located in the historical center of Qazvin city and on the eastern border of Sepeh Street. This building is located in Gol Baneh neighborhood and near the tombs of Hamdaleh Mostofi and Imamzadeh Ali. This historic house is located in the center of Qazvin's historical fabric centered on Sepeh Street. The Safavid Government House, Saad al-Sultaneh Palace, Jame Mosque and Hamdaleh Mostofi Tomb are its prominent peripheral elements. The architecture of the nabavi's House is representative of the Qajar period and has a central courtyard pattern, the size of the building is 418 square meters and it has an entrance in the western direction of the building, this historical house had a large inner courtyard and a small outer courtyard in the past. It is mentioned in the national building registration file that this house belonged to Saad al-Sultan, one of the government agents of the administration of Saad al-Sultan, the governor of the Qajar period.
