Android Volley -04- Use a Singleton Pattern

If your application made a continuous use of the network throughout the life cycle of the app, then it is better to use an instance of the RequestQue that lasts the life time of your app. The most recommended way to create an instance of RequestQue is by using the Singleton pattern.
