Training weighted chin ups/pull ups is an awesome way to improve power and endurance on the bar. This type of extreme low rep training is really taxing on the nervous system though. I personally feel my time is better spent directly training one arm pull up progressions. I mostly did this for the fun of finding out my ORM. Hope you guys enjoyed! Let me know what you wanna see next!
