DNA in Water

This is a molecular dynamics simulation of a 20 base pair DNA molecule in water. The length of the simulation is 1 ns (1*10^-9 seconds) at 298 K and 1 atm. The simulation was created in GROMACS, and rendered in VMD. Only water molecules 3 angstroms away from the DNA backbone are depicted. Rock on!!!!
