Medical Laboratory Technology

Medical laboratory technologists are trained to perform a broad spectrum of laboratory testing and procedures, playing a vital role in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease. The first year of this two-year diploma program consists of classroom instruction, laboratory training, and clinical site tours. The second year consists of theory instruction, laboratory training and an extensive clinical practicum.
