Three insurgents have been charged with terrorism offenses over acting allegedly in preparation and planning of terrorist attacks. The detainees used a residential property in Yaftali district of Badakhshan province for the plot and placement of their explosives and ammunition which was later discovered by the Counter Terrorism Unit of Badakhshan Police HQ, consist of five 82 mm rockets, two assault rifles and dozens of ammunition were confiscated from the spot.
