WideV-ups are a variation of the more well-known “V-ups”. In addition to being fairly difficult, this exercise is perfect for making all the abdominal muscles work at the same time. If performed correctly, you will train your entire abdominal core while also reinforcing the lumbar muscles and, secondarily, the thighs.
