So a customer would go to a branch and discuss with an assessor about the products that they were interested in purchasing. That would be like a new bank account, a new bankcard, or a new credit card. The customer would typically require around six, seven products, creating this stack of documents to be signed, like around 100 pages to sign with the various terms and conditions of the various products.
