Why Wilayat al-Faqih? | Martyr Ayatollah Dastaghaib Shirazi (R)

Why do we need Wilayat (Authority) of a Faqih (Jurist) established? Why can't anyone other than a Faqih be the head of the Islamic Government? Shaheed Sayyid Abdul Husayn Dastaghaib Shirazi (R) is one of the most prominent, revered, and qualified Islamic scholar. He wrote many books on Islam. One of the masterpieces is his famous book "The Greater Sins".
