How to Mount flexo plates onto sleeves with an Automatic Mounting Machine

This is high speed mounting of flexo plates onto sleeves using a Semi Automatic Machine (SAMM) from AV Flexologic. Two plates are mounted in 1.45 minutes including a sleeve change and with far greater accuracy than manual mounting. The SAMM uses automatic image recognition and automatically mounts the plate onto a sleeve or cylinder after roughly positioning plate on the table.
