Smartboard problems: UX 80 projector won't turn on from panel

Here's another 800 series board with the UX 80 projector which will not turn on from the control panel. The system is in standby with amber lights on the projector and panel, and it simply will not respond to the control panel power button. However I learned from staff that the projector does work with the remote, and indeed it does, turns on fine. Tried the control panel again to turn it off and again, there no is response.
