Coronado Volleyball Drills: Hitting Progression

Hitters start in left back and approach to a back row attack ball. Set a number and move up after the certain amount of reps. Incorporate any and all sets in your offense. High and quick sets. Starting from back row teaches the hitter to really reach high when they are attacking the ball.
