Dutch inventor develops gravity-based electricity generator

A Dutch inventor says he's developed a machine that generates electricity using gravity. Architect Janjaap Ruijs-senaars created the device using piezo-electricity, the electric charge that accumulates in response to applied mechanical stress. He's worked alongside scientists from the University of Twente to assess his machine's potential, and he says investors are starting to sign up for the project's next step -- the development of a gravity generator for home use
