Turkey Feet

Turkey and chicken feet make great stock. I'm not much for eating them, but certainly people do. If you've no experience on peeling chicken or turkey feet, it's easy. After dunking birds, the propane is turned off and the water cooling a tiny bit. I just dropped feet in and left for a few minutes. Then instead of searching for feet at bottom, just dumped water out and grabbed feet before they left the pot. I'm using the knife but could actually do it all without, the knife just gives you
