Increase virtual machine disk size corrections and windows fix

In the previous tutorials on increasing disk sizes in Virtualbox i forgot to reconnect the swap partition so in this tutorial i show you how to do that. I have also noticed that a few of you have been having some issues with Windows VM's not booting after resizing.
