8 oz (227g) Kataifi
Ingredients:
8 oz (227g) Kataifi (Shredded Fillo Dough) http://www.aashpazi.com/puff-pastry-dough
8 oz (227g) Mozzarella Fresca (Fresh Mozzarella)
4 oz (113g) Unsalted Butter
0.5 oz (14g) Unsalted Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Rose Water
1/4 Tsp Saffron
Pistachios
Preparations:
1- Soak saffron in 1 tbsp boiling water for 20 minutes.
2- Cut the kataifi to 2 inch short.
3- Slice the mozzarella cheese.
4- Grind or slice the pistachios.
5- Rest the butter at room temperature for 15 minutes.
