Let’s state the obvious up
Let’s state the obvious up front: this overhead pressing variation is a pain in the butt to set up and requires many specialized pieces of equipment. Nevertheless, it’s freakin’ badass and I wish every gym had a set up just like this. It’s safer for the shoulders and low back but just as effective for growing delts.
