Emergence and the fate of the observable Universe in the light of String Swampland Conjectures سخنرانی دکتر مهدی ترابیان از دانشگاه صنعتی شریف از سری وبینارهای هفتگی شاخه ذرات و میدان‌های انجمن فیزیک ایران که در تاریخ ۷ آبان‌ماه ۱۳۹۹ به صورت مجازی برگزار شد. در چکیده این سخنرانی آمده است: In this talk, I discuss the recently conjectured swampland criteria which are implied by string theory compactifications. There is a list of conditions every quantum field theory consistent with gravity must meet. In particular, de Sitter vacua are severely constrained as they are extremely difficult to realized in string theory. Incidentally, the present state of the universe is observed to be de Sitter and it is also believed to be so in the early times.
