Palestinian consulate officially in Arbil

An historic occasion has occurred in the semiautonomous Kurdistan region of Iraq with the official inauguration of a Palestinian Consulate in Erbil. The event, held on Tuesday evening, was only announced that afternoon. In a very small and exclusive ceremony attended only by a few dignitaries, special guests, security and the region's media.
