Automatic racking of parts prior to paint process with ABB robots and vision system PickMT

This clip shows SVIA HangOn equipment before shipment to end customer. This cell is racking un-painted parts on paint frames that are later hanged on a conveyor for painting. One robot is picking parts from a conveyor. The parts are located with PickMT camera system. The parts are placed on a paint hook that are fed from a hook dispenser.
